About Us
Providence offers two unique Alberta Education-funded school-based program streams: those based in our six schools across Calgary and those based in approved neighbourhood community preschools and child care programs (our LEARN Program). Providence school-based programs are designed to support children who may not be meeting typical developmental milestones and include early Intervention, preschool, junior kindergarten and kindergarten.
funding (Program Unit Funding - PUF) through Alberta Education. Each child has an Individual Program Plan (IPP) developed by the Providence Learning Team and the parent/guardian. This IPP outlines educational and and therapy goals specific to the child's identified needs.
Providence also offers specialized programs and services in the community to support the development of all children.

Supports/Programs Offered: Providence six school locations offer programs that focus on all areas of a child’s learning and development.
