Children's Link

Children’s Link serves as a central resource hub and connector for the

pan-disability community in Alberta. Our mission is to connect people

with disabilities, and those that support them, with the resources they

need to improve their lives and strengthen our communities. We value

connection, collaboration, and compassion.

Children’s Link supports families by providing resources, supports and

connections, throughout the lifespan of their loved one with a disability.

We also build capacity in the community by networking with

disability-serving agencies across the province and sharing valuable

digital resources.

Using our LINKed Digital Platform, we are working to provide the

resources people need, when and how they need them.

We are committed to inclusion, diversity, and equitable representation

for all Albertans. We believe that everyone has a right to access culturally

sensitive, trauma-informed information and supports in easy, accessible

formats, in accordance with their personal needs and preferences, at a

time that suits their availability – even if that is in the middle of the night.
